Compared to the previous version of the superbox I got nearly four years ago, this new one is a major improvement. It is faster, smoother and the picture quality itself is much clearer. There is also a voice command feature that makes it much faster to search for shows and movies I want to watch. The App Store also has many programs to enjoy, such as a karaoke app. Overall it is a great unit and I’m very satisfied with it.

Just received and installed my new S4. I already have several S1 models throughout the house but the S4 is great!! I had to download the VTV and VOD but the speed and picture clarity are much improved. I have a wireless hotspot and it runs faster than the S1. No more frozen screens. It also seems to randomly lose WiFi connection and goes back to the home page. My router and signal boost/extender are close the the unit so I’m not sure.

I ordered my Superbox S4 Pro a month ago. It came in one week. Setup was easy but I did have to watch a YouTube video to learn how to download apps and to know which ones to download. I do have an occasional screen lockup and I’ve not figured out how to watch a previously aired NFL game from up to 7 days previous like they claim. I’ve only been able to playback game highlights. Even with that said I’m very happy with my purchase and would do it again. I’m hoping the screen freeze issue will be resolved when I hear back from customer service and also be able to watch earlier games I missed.
